Job description
We are looking for a Landscape Construction/Hardscape Foreman to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape and Hardscape Installation, as well as align with our Core Values: Team First, Motivated to Move Forward, & Own Your Role.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Capable of leading, managing, and holding 2-3 employees accountable to complete landscape installations according to design and assigned work orders.
- Ability to take direction from Landscape Manager/Project Manager.
- Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain a safe & clean job site.
- Train crew members for development of skills.
- Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends.
- Possess the ability to work in any weather condition and work all day in a long. physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- A CDL is not required but a plus.
Benefits:
- Personal Time Off: 16 hours paid – After 90 Days
- Vacation: 40 hours paid- After 1 year

Compensation: $18-$27/hour
