The Customer Service representative is responsible for all customer relations. The position includes answering the telephone, providing proposals, working with clients to schedule services, answer questions, and assist in resolving issues. To be successful in this role, candidates should have professional, positive demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Working as a liaison between clients, crews and the management team requires organization and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Initial contact with customers via telephone in a professional manner representing the company values and quality standards.
- Data Entry, Scheduling, and Dispatching in service software, Service Autopilot.
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining customer files.
- Scheduling and managing Maintenance Services.
- Updating crew schedules and managing crew activity.
- Creating and managing crew reports and time sheets.
- Creating and filing completion reports & ensuring completion and accuracy of state required chemical reports.
- Manage customer service email accounts
- Arrange and process customer payments

- Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and accuracy in all aspects of work

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
