Job Title: Irrigation Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Service Technician to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by delivering efficient and effective irrigation solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
– Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients.
– Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with irrigation equipment and systems.
– Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, explain service options, and provide recommendations.
– Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites.
– Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

**Requirements:**
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in irrigation systems preferred.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience working in irrigation installation, maintenance, or repair.
– Strong knowledge of irrigation products, including controllers, valves, pipes, and fittings.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
– Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Irrigation Installer + Technician

Irrigation Installer + Technician Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain irrigation systems, including irrigation controllers, drains, underground pipes, and related components.
Troubleshoot and repair irrigation system issues to ensure optimal performance.
Perform drain tile and underground installation as needed.
Operate construction and irrigation-related equipment.
Maintain knowledge of plumbing tools, pipe sizing, and relevant equipment.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Collaborate with the landscape team to ensure efficient project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on-site.
Irrigation Installer + Technician Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of irrigation installation and service experience.
Skills: Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plumbing tools, and related equipment.
Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
Licenses: Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License required. Michigan Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred. Clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from work.
Language Skills: English required. Spanish is beneficial but not required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an outdoor environment with heavy lifting and physical tasks.
Equipment: Experience operating irrigation and/or landscaping equipment preferred.
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with drain tile and underground installation.
