As a valuable business partner, the Association of Grand Rapids Landscape Professionals invites you to display your products to our members and attendants at our 2023 Summer Field Day being held at South Christian High School at 7979 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Byron Center, MI.
This is an annual event with training sessions from 8:30am until 3:00pm. Lunch is served from 11:30am until 1:00pm.
Vendor time will start at 11:30am and continue until 1:30pm so attendees are given ample time to browse and learn about your products.
We have included a map of the exhibitor area. Please request your 1st 2nd and 3rd choice of booth numbers on the form below. The tiebreaker for booths with multiple requests will be a silent bid process with proceeds from these bids going to the AGRLP Scholarship Program. If there are two matching bids for the same booth then the post-mark on the envelope will decide. This year we will again be giving a card out at registration with all the pre-registered vendors listed on it, when the attendee visits your booth, you punch their card. Once attendees have visited all the booths, they may turn in their card to be eligible to win a prize at the end of the day. This has surely brought more traffic to all of the vendors!
The cost to exhibit for AGRLP members is $200 for each 20’ X 20’ space, multiple spaces are available. If your company is not an AGRLP member the cost to exhibit is $300 for each 20’ x 20’ space. Please indicate how many spaces you would like and send the appropriate amount with a check to our office by June 22, 2023. After June 22, booth spaces will be $300 for Members and $400 for non-members.
If you are planning on coming, please set up your booth sometime Friday morning between 8:30 and 10:00 AM.
